Tangalooma Flyer

Passengers travel in comfort aboard one of three high speed catamarans - The Tangalooma 'Flyer', the Tangalooma 'Jet' and the Tangalooma 'Express'.  Travel is between the Holt St Wharf, Pinkenba Brisbane and the Tangalooma Jetty on Moreton Island.

Please contact us once you have made your booking for the Tangalooma Flyer. We will meet you on arrival, there is a taxi service available to take you to your dream home. When you board ask for your luggage to be placed in the "Day Bin".

Check-in is 30 minutes prior to departure time. The journey takes 75 minutes. Holt St Wharf is situated approximately 2km downstream from the Gateway Bridge on the north bank of the Brisbane River.

Holt Street is off Kingsford Smith Drive, follow Holt Street to the end and you will see the departure area.

Guests can park at the Tangalooma Terminal at Holt Street, Pinkenba in an open-air car park for $6 per day. The site is fenced and patrolled by a security company, and there is a live-in caretaker on-site. There are also several undercover car parks in the area if more secure parking is required. Transfer Coach From City & Brisbane Airport To Holt St Wharf:-

Transfer connections with the 10am departure from Brisbane and 4pm departure from Tangalooma include all Gold Coast hotels, Brisbane Airports and Transit Centre, as well as catering for hotels in the regions of Brisbane inner city, South Bank and Kangaroo Point.

A new coach service will connect with the 5pm departure from Brisbane and the 9am departure from Tangalooma. Transfers will be available to and from the Brisbane Airport, Transit Centre, Brisbane inner city, South Bank and Kangaroo Point hotels. Please note that this service is not available for transfers to/from Gold Coast hotels.

Costs associated with the coach transfers are as follows:

• $10 per adult and $5 per child one way - transfers from Brisbane Airport, Transit Centre and inner city, South Bank and Kangaroo Point hotels.
• $40 per adult and $20 per child one-way - transfers from Gold Coast Hotels.

Mon - Sat Departs from 14 Howard Smith Drive Lytton, Port of Brisbane at 8.30am Returns from The Wrecks Moreton Island to Brisbane at 3.30pm.

Friday also Departs 6.30pm and returns at 8pm.

Sunday Departs 8.30 am and 2.30 pm and returns at 1pm and 4.30pm.
