Our terms are simple and straight forward. We require a deposit at the time of booking of 20% of your total booking cost and full payment prior to arrival.

If you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to your booking date we will refund your deposit less an administration fee. If you cancel your booking within thirty days of your booking date your deposit will not be refunded.

We ask that you abide by the rules of the Tangalooma Resort while in resort grounds.

We ask that you look after the house(s) and leave the house(s) as tidy as you can. Although we do not foresee this occurring we ask that you pay for any damage caused during your stay.

Bedding is supplied however please bring your own towels.
